We highly recommend that end users establish a relationship with a professional FileMaker developer in their area. We offer expert tech support to assist you at every step of the way. We're experts at bringing new accounting systems on-line -- dealing with beginning balances and coordinating the switch over. Unless you or your local support developer is experienced at accounting installations, we strongly recommend that you purchase a support package. Technical support is billed at $200/hour. A 10 hour support package can be pre-purchased for $1,000. Maintenance Fees/Annual License Fee There is an annual maintenance/license fee of $500 per user, maximum 4 users.
